Born in October 1979 in Bologna and grew up in Sicily, attracted to the arts since childhood. I studied Art and literature at the University of Palermo and music at Conservatorio di musica A. Scarlatti: doublebass; Painting at Accademia di pittura e scultura G.B. Cignaroli in Verona and photography at ISFCI in Rome. Since 2005 I have been involved in photojournalism. I have published occasionally with some national and international magazines and collaborated with NGOs such as Emergency. Today I dedicate myself full-time to painting and documentary photography, developing long-term projects.
